This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions related to the shipping and delivery of products purchased from Hassan Webstore. Domestic Shipping
Hassan Webstore strives to deliver orders promptly and efficiently. While we endeavor to fulfill all orders placed between 12:00 AM and 6:00 PM on the same day, delivery is contingent upon logistical capacity and other operational considerations. In general, domestic orders are delivered within 1-2 working days, excluding the following cases:

Duties, Taxes, and Customs
Hassan Webstore does not collect duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipments. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be assessed by the destination country’s customs authorities. Hassan Webstore is unable to estimate these fees, as customs policies vary widely. For clarity on applicable charges, please contact your local customs office.

Orders with a total value of 50 Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) or more, or the equivalent in the currency of the destination country, qualify for free delivery.

Orders with a total value below 50 KD are subject to a 6.5 KD shipping fee.

Return and Exchange Policy
This Return and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which products purchased from our platform may be eligible for return, exchange, or refund. By purchasing from us, you agree to comply with these terms.

Eligibility for Return and Exchange
Products must meet the following conditions to qualify for return or exchange:

Products must be in their original condition, saleable, and merchantable at the time of delivery.

Proof of purchase, such as the order number, a hard copy of the receipt, or the receipt received via email, must be provided.

Items purchased using flexible payment methods, such as but not limited to Tabby and Tamara, are not eligible for exchanges.

Exchanges are only permitted for orders placed in Kuwait.

Exchange or return requests for domestic orders will only be accepted if the request is made within the specified time window of 2 working days from the date of delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect the product upon delivery and ensure its condition before it is unpacked, used, or installed.

Returns

Domestic returns are accepted either at our stores or via our Customer Service team. For online returns, an authorized driver will retrieve the item from the shipping address provided at the time of purchase.
Refunds

Refunds for domestic returns will be subject to inspection by the online team. Customers will be notified of the approval or rejection via email or phone.

Rejected products will be returned to the customer. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless the customer opts for gift coupons or wallet credits.

Credit card refunds may take 4-6 weeks to process depending on the banks or subject to the payment gateway provider's policies.
Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed only once, whether in-store or online.

For in-store exchanges, the product will be inspected on-site and approved or rejected at the discretion of the store manager or officer in charge.

If the exchanged product is of higher value than the returned product, the customer must pay the price difference. If the exchanged product is of lower value, the refund for the price difference will be processed using the original payment method. Cash refunds for price differences will not be provided.

GCC and International Orders

All items are eligible for return within 14 working days of receipt, provided they meet the general return eligibility criteria. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Exchanges are not permitted for GCC or international orders.

Exceptions and Limitations

Products will not be accepted for return or exchange if they are not in their original condition, or if they are unsaleable or unmerchantable due to issues with their nature, packaging, or wrapping.

Defects or non-compliance with specifications under applicable laws that were apparent at the time of delivery but undisclosed to the customer will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the company's discretion.

Products with pre-acknowledged defects accepted by the customer at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
